My hope is this will create discussions. So groups can figure out what works for them at this time.
Conditions and people change over time. So maintaining relationships is critical for dealing with changing conditions and circumstances.
If a group solves a problem in a way that breaks relationships, this increases the risk that the group will become too busy fighting and not cooperating to continue to function. And, sometimes separating is the most compassionate way to move forward.
